Export a Convoy Profile (Owners/Managers)

Use this flow to export local save data and upload it for your team.

1. Open the Export tab.
2. Select Team.
3. Select existing Convoy or type a new convoy name.
4. Select your local profile folder.
5. Set export profile name.
6. Optionally set a passcode.
7. Run export/upload.
8. Confirm success in Output Log.

Export Notes

1. Export access is restricted to authorized team roles and which is set using the bot commands for role mapping.
2. API rate limits apply. Avoid repeated rapid uploads.
3. Passcode is optional but can be used to restrict access to the profile for importers. Remember to share the passcode securely with your team members who need to import the profile.
4. If you need to update an existing profile, you can simply export again with the same convoy and profile name. The old profile will be overwritten with the new data.
5. You can have multiple profile under same convoy name as [CC, RealOps, Management, etc.] to help team members select the correct one for their role and restrict access if needed. For example, you can have a CC profile without passcode for general members and a Management profile with passcode for management team.
6. Ensure the local profile you are exporting from is up to date with the latest game version and DLCs to avoid compatibility issues for importers.
7. The local profile you use for export should ideally be shared with team members with a clean base save only. This process is to be done once only unless you decide to update and modify the vehicle in that profile.
8. If you export from a new profile that has different trucks and trailers than the base profile used by importers, it can cause confusion and issues for importers. So it is recommended to use a shared base profile for export and import operations. If you need to update the convoy profile with new trucks/trailers, it is required you share that base profile with your team members and ask them to create a base save in that. (We are working to fix this additional step in future updates)

Manage Existing Server Profiles (Owners/Managers)

CCTool supports update and delete actions for existing server profiles.

Typical flow:

1. Select Team and Convoy.
2. Refresh Convoys/Profiles if needed.
3. Select existing profile.
4. Choose one of the actions:
5. Update profile to replace content and metadata.
6. Delete profile to remove one profile permanently.
7. Delete convoy to remove convoy and all associated profiles permanently.

Warning: Delete actions are irreversible.
