Login and Access

1. Verify Discord login completed successfully.
2. Confirm your Discord role is mapped to the correct CCTool level.
3. Ask owner/manager to validate server-team link and role mapping.

Import/Export Issues

1. Confirm selected Team, Convoy, and Profile are correct.
2. Confirm selected local profile/save path exists and is writable.
3. Disable Steam Cloud for profiles used with CCTool.
4. Reduce export frequency if rate limited.

Filesystem and Security Software

1. If OneDrive controls Documents, move game profile usage to local storage.
2. If Windows Defender or Controlled Folder Access blocks operations, allow CCTool.
3. If corrupted installation is suspected, reinstall CCTool.

Game Loading Issues

1. If save does not load immediately, restart ETS2/ATS and try again.
2. If required map DLC is missing, the save may load but gameplay can fail (for example, falling through map).

App Launch Issues

1. Only one CCTool instance can run at a time.
2. If you see an already running message, switch to the existing CCTool window.
